Pasadena City College is thrilled to launch its cutting-edge Associate Degree in Popular Music, starting Fall 2025!
This dynamic new program trains the next generation of artists in performance, composition, and production across a range of popular styles. Students will sharpen their stage presence, master tone production, and create original music in state-of-the-art recording studios. With a strong emphasis on creativity and individual expression, the program also builds skills in songwriting, theory, and ensemble performance—preparing graduates to transfer into top Bachelor of Music programs or launch careers in the music industry.
